Join us for this nurturing workshop, which offers a safe, supportive and uplifting space to rediscover hope, contentment, and genuine happiness within yourself—whether you are experiencing ongoing feelings of depression or simply wish to nurture greater balance and well-being in your life.
In this half-day workshop with Senior Kadampa Teacher Chelvi, who will guide you through simple yet profound Buddhist teachings and guided meditations, where you will explore how to:
- Transform low moods and self-critical thoughts with compassion
- Build inner strength and emotional resilience from the inside out
- Open your heart to a deeper sense of peace, hope and happiness
The workshop will be held in the beautiful Friend’s Meeting House (next to Marlow Theatre), with light refreshments, and the opportunity to connect with supportive, like-minded people.
