Transforming Anxiety – 3 weeks.This class combines gentle movement, breathwork, and HeartMath® techniques.
You will learn how to intentionally alter the rhythm of your heart, allowing you to change how you feel and perceive your experiences. The class is designed to provide guidance on releasing anxiety while also transforming anxious patterns into healthier baseline patterns.
A textbook will be provided for reading between sessions, which will facilitate class discussions.
REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED for participation. No drop-ins. Please register by September 7th so I have enough books on hand.
