We’ll begin by tuning into our physical body and then connect with our energy body to access our intuition and inner wisdom.

We will then be guided into a flow of somatic body movements and intentional breathwork to tap into a beautiful heart space, clearing out held negative energy and emotions. You will literally tap, shake, shift, and recalibrate all of your chakras, clear out the mind, and bring yourself back to a place of neutrality.

Through this full-body immersion, you will learn to navigate and manipulate the energy within to become the magnet for everything you desire and want to manifest.

If you want to experience a deep release in emotions, tension, stress, anxiety, old stories playing out in your system, whether you are seeking to feel inner peace, balance, clarity, or a deeper connection to your soul (your higher self), then this practice is for you.

About Sloane:
For the past 17 years, I have been on a journey of moving from the trauma and limiting beliefs of my past into a new space of authenticity, serenity, and balance. During that time, I utilized EFT (tapping), Reiki (energy work), The Spiral (trauma therapy), and my intuitive abilities to peel away the deep layers of programming that were wreaking havoc in my life.

My journey brought with it a purpose and passion for helping others navigate their path of self-retrieval. My approach is based on providing non-judgmental support that allows my clients to step into the full embodiment of their power and light. I use the benefit of my own life experiences to guide my clients through the negative effects of trauma, illness, and life challenges and into a place where they uncover their true essence.

While we understand that the mind and body are in constant communication, we often miss the fact that, as electromagnetic beings, our bodies hold energetic imprints within the nervous system. My work as an energy healer for the last 9 years has led me to an understanding that only by addressing our whole energy being can, we achieve deep, lasting results. The use of different modalities, both individually and in tandem, helps my clients stretch out of their comfort zone, recalibrate, and step into aligning with their authentic selves and finding the inner serenity they have been seeking.

I have made it my mission to show you how to achieve all of this and more through gaining a full understanding of who you are - having been shaped by your trials, tribulations, and blessings. Your path to self-discovery will take commitment and dedication in riding the waves that come with deep transformational work. However, as you experience the shifts and opening to your authentic self, you will feel lighter, have a deep feeling of inner peace, and be connected to all that is - God, Source, and Universe.
