Join Tina Santana of The Agape House and Becky Page for a transformative Sound Healing & Meditation infused with Reiki.
The guided meditation will lead you through the process of release, helping you shed old patterns, emotions, or energetic blockages. Through deep breathing and mindfulness, you’ll open yourself to the healing power of letting go, allowing yourself to find inner peace and balance. The sound healing portion will be a deeply immersive experience, incorporating a variety of sacred instruments. These instruments create vibrations that promote deep relaxation and healing, helping to cleanse and align your chakras and create a harmonious sound bath experience, allowing you to fully immerse yourself. You’ll leave feeling rejuvenated, centered, and ready to embrace the next chapter with clarity and lightness. While in meditation, you will individually receive the loving healing energy of Reiki. In order to ensure that all participants receive an optimal amount of Reiki healing during this event you may be receiving Reiki from either practitioners Daniel Santana or Tina Santana.
No need to bring yoga mats. Because participants will be receiving the healing touch of Reiki (unless otherwise requested not to), you will be comfortably seated while meditating. Feel free to bring water otherwise water will be provided for you.
To enhance the relaxation and stress release effects, Tina will have essential oils available for participants who would like aromatherapy to be a part of this experience. Every participant also has the option of receiving an Oracle card pull at the end of the meditation.
This event is open to all, whether you are experienced in meditation or trying it for the first time. Come prepared to release, realign, and open yourself to the healing energies of sound and Reiki.
