In this transformative class, students will delve into the rich and powerful practices of Shamanic Reiki and spirit animal journeys. 1. **Understanding Shamanic Reiki**:
- Explore the principles of Shamanic Reiki and how it integrates traditional Reiki practices with shamanic healing techniques.
- Learn about the energy systems, including chakras and how to work with them in a Shamanic context.
2. **Creating Sacred Space**:
- Learn techniques for setting up a sacred healing environment using the Four Winds.
- Understand the significance of intention and the elements in creating a safe space for healing and spiritual work.
3. **Breathwork Practices**:
- Discover various breathwork techniques such as controlled breathing, diaphragmatic breathing, circular breathing, and pranayama.
