Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic method that utilizes hypnotic techniques to induce a state of deep relaxation and focus. Contrary to popular belief, it does not involve losing control or being at the behest of a hypnotist. Instead 1st it aims to tap into the subconscious mind, enabling the individual to access and process deep-rooted emotions, beliefs, and trauma. By doing so, hypnotherapy helps to overcome mental barriers and instigate positive change.
Join Dulce in this group session and experience the wonderful effects of Hypnosis. During this workshop Dulce will bring forward different therapeutic modalities that will allow for each individual to move through stagnant emotions, blocked energies while helping the body and mind to let go of that which is no longer needed in the body.
This Hypnotherapy group session will be an hour long, feel free to bring your yoga mat and a blanket. We also provide blankets for use and chairs to accommodate different modes of comfort.
