About Hanle Barnard:
Hanlé is an award-winning actress and presenter. She studied at The University of Cape Town and Red and Yellow School of Business. She travelled the world with award-winning shows. Shows and featured in national and international films. Hanle has also been the voice coach of numerous celebrities, and CEO’s. As a speaker Hanle has been a numerous prestigious event, and taught speakers how to master their craft. Hanle is also a playwright and director, with numerous podcasts under her belt. Hanle was nominated for a SAFTA for best Comic Actress. Learn how to engage with your audience, brand and create goal driven campaigns.
About Tamsin Haley:
With over a decade of experience in marketing, Tamsin founded Social Happiness in 2018, where she has successfully guided numerous businesses in crafting effective marketing strategies that align with their goals. Her approach not only drives business growth but also promotes community impact by helping companies expand, hire, and contribute positively to their surroundings.
Tamsin's commitment to making marketing accessible is evident in her book, Don't Be a Twatwaffle: 15 Marketing Mistakes You Can Avoid, published in 2022, and its accompanying Udemy course released in 2024. These resources provide practical guidance for businesses to overcome common challenges and enhance their marketing efforts. Her initiative extends to Angel of Rock Productions, a small indie publishing house she established in 2023. This venture supports self-published authors and helps existing authors increase their revenue streams, having published 12 books to date and working on three more projects.
In 2023, Tamsin's leadership and innovative work earned her the Runner-Up position in the Businesswomen of the Year category at the Businesswomen Awards. Her commitment to improving workplace efficiency and creativity was further demonstrated when Social Happiness participated in the pilot trial of the 4-Day Week in South Africa. The success of this trial led to its continued implementation, enhancing productivity and client results. In 2024, Tamsin has won the Media (Digital and Social) 40 Under 40 South Africa award.
Beyond her professional achievements, Tamsin's personal journey as a single mother since 2020, and her ability to sustain her business through the challenges of COVID-19, reflect her resilience and dedication. Her upcoming book, Sassypants, set for release in August 2024, aims to inspire entrepreneurs to build meaningful and sustainable businesses while pursuing personal fulfillment.
