About this Event
This 2-day workshop is a journey of discovery. The workshop explores the depth of internal dialogue to make a conscious choice as to whether to continue living through these stories or to let go of them, and create new communication. To shift a "story" and communication is to transform our experience of life.
The workshop is on Saturday (4/5) and Sunday (4/6) from 9am to 4pm each day. There will be 15-minute breaks throughout the day and a 1-hour lunch on each day. The cost to attend is sliding scale from $40 - $200. Noone will be turned away for lack of funds.
Items to Bring: Pen, Pad, Snacks, and a Pillow (for a prop to use)
The meeting space is located at Freddy's Ark, 1656 N. Tonti St, New Orleans, LA. There is ample off-street parking available and nearby cafe's and restaurants for grabbing lunch and snacks. Please arrive by 8:45am each day, to begin by 9am
