About this Event
When the world feels turned upside down, it can be hard to find stability or direction. Yet, like planting seeds in uncertain soil, we can sow small actions that have the power to grow into something meaningful.
Each seed represents hope, patience, and the possibility of transformation, even amidst chaos. By nurturing these seeds, we create a future that rises from the challenges, blooming with potential.
The practice will include:
- Discussion and journaling to explore different perspectives on uncertainty and ways to create action steps that can help us transform our tears into possibilities. Please bring a pen and a journal/paper for journaling.
A gentle yoga practice that will incorporate breath work, meditation, and relaxation with an essential oil.
