We will focus on the 1st Novembers New Moon shift in Scorpio- element Water. We will transit the shift of seasons and cleanse so we can be ready for the winter. We will “depart from”, and slowly let go of the autumn and cleanse so that we will be able to “cross over” to a new winter period and embrace it with Love and extra care. The winter invites us to return to our nests for a while so we
can meditate and rest in peace before the next rebirth of next spring again. Let”s embrace the winter well and give ourselves extra attention, self-care and love. Lets strive for a fresh start, clear intension and a peace of mind. Lets recuperate; re-set, re-charge and learn how to listen to your deepest centre in times of transformation.
While staying in the beautiful retreat centre Villa la Sueca we will always have the element of Water-the Sea close to us. On one of the retreat days we will do a hike in a natural park close to a
nearby village with stunning views over the sea to the “Hidden Paradise at the end of the World
Beach”. During the hike we will discover the lands of wild animals and nature. On the people empty beach we will greet the stunning Mediterranean Sea, where we will create a ceremony with the Mother Sea to heal us as we enter the Spiral of Shiva, the Goddess of transformation.
We will also to transit and have the opportunity to cleanse with the element of Water by going to a hidden treasure and natural wonder amongst olive groves in the Granadian Sierra Nevada
Mountains- The hidden 46 degrees Hot Thermal Natural Springs are filled with minerals from the centre of the earth! There our main focus is to cleanse, relax, nurture ourselves, and shed our old skin, just as a serpent in transformation. The purpose is to enjoy ourselves just as in a natural Hammam or Spa with white natural clay, and revitalization. With Yoga and Breathwork in the mornings we start the day with lust and well-being. Anayah will
also lead the more extensive Transformation Breathwork sessions, which serve us to let go, and she will heal us with her special sounds journeys. With the dance system Biodanza we will process the transformational cycle in a profound journey through dance, music and the group. We will work individually and in a group in an organic way. Other than these primal disciplines, we will also
experience a healing cacao ceremony with the shaman Coyote Medicina Lukasz, to open our hearts and say yes to life and our futures. This retreat offers many surprises by a beautiful crew and
beautiful meetings with new souls and with the Nature of Andalucia. During the same period of the retreat there is a world wide energy focusing on the All Saints day. By remembering our ancestors during this period, we get a reminder of the transit that our ancestors has made when letting go of the life on earth and crossing over to the other side, maybe the biggest transformation in life that one can experience. We will reflect closer on this and honouring our ancestors for giving us life.
The objective of this retreat is to live through a whole cycle of transformation, the art of letting go
of the old and the art of inviting the new. We will make space to integrate transformation mentally,
emotionally and spiritually so that we can continue our journey with strength and clarity. We will
honour and celebrate life just as it is in the surroundings of the warm Andalusian nature.
