Through the pulsing frequencies, the RoXiva light can facilitate your ability to reach meditative states of mind more quickly and at deeper levels. As specially crafted light shows illuminate your closed eyes, it will draw your mind into states of ease, relaxation, and creativity, with the possibility of unwinding trauma & anxiety. Expand your consciousness as your brainwaves move into deep meditative states through the power of Light itself.
When combined with a soundbath of Crystal Bowls and Koji chimes this will take you on a beautiful journey.
before we settle into the light and sound experience, we'll do some gentle stretching to release tension, take some cleansing breaths, and then relax into the waves of relaxation.
Advance registration is required. Space is very limited to provide a nurturing environment for all. Due to the nature of a small group experience, a sliding scale of $55- $77.
