The breathwork portion integrates patterns of guided breathing segments, music, and optional vibrational assists. I intuitively utilize Himalayan bowls & weighted tuning forks on energy centers & pressure points of the body. Along with Shamanic drumming and energy work, these treatments can significantly help move and release any “stuck” energy to enhance your journey.
