Join us for a deeply healing and heart-opening evening of Pranayama Breathwork under the potent energy of the New Moon. This trauma-informed circle is rooted in the belief that love is the most powerful force for healing.
Using the two-stage breathwork technique taught by David Elliott, we’ll move through layers of emotional, energetic, and mental blockages—clearing space to plant new intentions and reconnect with your authentic self.
