In this session, you will be invited to contemplate where your edge of comfort is and if it’s still supporting the vision of your ideal lived experiences. Breathwork is an incredible field to reveal, feel, and release so you may more readily embody your most radiant truths, be that through setting boundaries, taking risks, or living through your unique expression in full view.This month we will also be incorporating a few restorative yoga poses before and after breathwork to encourage the meditative theta brain state where the subconscious mind is even more available to rewiring and intentional influence.
As always, the suggestions of intention made by Alexandra are simply that, and you are free to practice without expectations or energetic focus, however you deem best.
