Join me for a nourishing day of breathwork, sound healing and meditation at the wonderful hidden yurt in St Erth, Hayle.The day will start with a breathwork session, followed by lunch (bring food and drink. (There is a cafe at the location that sells cake, snacks and hot drinks)After lunch there will be a sound healing session from hollyannecoles.
We will then have a session where we explore how to reshape our core beliefs into ones that serve us better, before finishing off with a breathwork session to weave these new affirmations into our subconscious.
The day retreat will take place in a beautiful and serene location at the hidden yurt where you can immerse yourself in the relaxing and regenerative surroundings of this wonderful natural space.
