Join me for a nourishing day of breathwork, sound healing and meditation at the wonderful @hidden.yurt St Erth, Hayle.The day will start with a breathwork session, followed by lunch (bring food and drink. There is a cafe at the location that sells cake, snacks and hot drinks) After lunch there will be a sound healing session from @hollyannecoles
We will then explore how to reshape our core beliefs into ones that serve us better, before finishing off with a breathwork session to weave these new affirmations into our subconscious.
