Come join us for a powerful session of Transformational Breathwork at Goefit! This in-person event will help you release stress, increase energy, and connect with your inner self. Let's breathe together and experience the transformative effects of Conscious Connected Breathwork. No experience necessary, just an open mind and willingness to explore.

What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?

Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is a breathwork modality in which we utilize circular breathing to access the Prana, our life force energy. CCB helps fully oxygenate our body, which releases tension and stagnant energy, flooding us with a new sense of life and presence.

This type of breathwork specifically helps liberate the body from trauma, release stuck emotions, increase energy, regulate your nervous system, connect you with your higher power, and helps you access your own answers. This breathwork is done at your own sovereign pace to protect the integrity of your experience.

After CCB, people report feeling more free, more comfortable in their body, a deeper sense of trust in themselves and the universe, clearer about what is next in their life, and a greater sense of health and well being.

The Fearless Breath is a movement created to help people take back their power over their lives through the wisdom of the Breath and a sense of fearlessness.

Abi Rose is the creator of The Fearless Breath, She is a trauma-informed Somatic Breathwork Facilitator. She graduated in January 2024 from a year and a half long breathwork intensive workshop and is now on a mission to support women all over the world in remembering who they are. She is also an ordained Minister of Holistic Health, Kambo Facilitator, Women's Empowerment Coach, and a Living Water distributor.
