Join Jackie as she guides you through various breathwork exercises to help open up your breathing capacity, eventually falling into an activated Conscious Connected Breathing pattern. This breathing pattern helps unwind deep tensions, patterns, and habits held in the body for years, allowing you to release what is no longer needed and live a more meaningful, fulfilling life. Students will also learn breathing exercises they can practice daily to achieve better health, produce profound relaxation, and increase mental focus. The session closes with an intentionally guided sound healing practice to better integrate your journey. No prior experience needed to attend; all are welcome.$25
