❓Why do Breathwork?
I discovered Keiras’ breathwork sessions in 2022, i suffered alot of traumatic events in my life, and after a messy breakup i decided to give it a go. Having tried lots of therapies, counselling, yoga and meditation etc, i felt i wasn't getting anywhere.
So i took a leap of faith, not knowing what to expect.
Keira explained that our bodies store trauma (our own and generational) and the way to release it is to reprogram the subconscious. Having read ‘the body keeps the score’ i understood the concept.
Keira changed my life that day. Id never felt my own DMT release, i cried, i shook, i floated off to an amazing place, all the time being led by Keiras’ inspiring guidance and beautiful music.
After the session i felt like id truly released things that had held me back for years. Now i know how important the breath is and what its capable of.

👜What to bring
You will need a comfortable yoga mat or similar, a blanket, an eye mask and maybe a cushion or bolster. You will be lying down for 2 hours so need to be comfortable.

You will be guided through the breathing techniques and meditations whilst immersing yourself to beautiful music carefully selected to help you go deeper into your subconscious.
