Transformational Breathwork

Join me for an active Breathwork session that allows you to journey inward and process your emotions. Transformational Breathwork is a great way to reset your nervous system.

It can:

boost your immune system,

release muscle tension,

clear old trauma,

increase emotional awarness,

reduce stress and anxiety and

improve sleep

Due to the nature of this Breathwork, people with the following conditions are unable to participate in this Breathwork

- pregnancy, epilepsy, Heart conditions and Arrhythmia, Bi-Polar, schizophremia or any other psychotic episodes, High or low blood pressure, Severe Asthma, Currently taking heavy Medic*tion that alters brain chemistry, Pre existing lung conditions, Aneurysms, Glaucoma or Retinal detachment.

Please bring:

A pillow, blanket, eye mask (optional) yoga mat and water

Please don't eat or have caffeine 1- 2 hours before hand.
