- Guided rhythmic breath patterns synced to music
- Live instruments including drum, rattle, chimes
- A sacred space held in love, intention, and safety
Whether you're brand new to breathwork or a seasoned practitioner, this ceremony invites you to go deeper.
Facilitated by Shylo & Ruben
Shylo is a seasoned energy healer, breathwork guide, and intuitive space holder. Ruben brings shamanic wisdom, rhythm, and sound to each experience, creating a grounded container for transformation.

What to Expect:
- Opening circle + grounding intention
- Transformational breathwork guided with live sound tools
- Integration, rest, and sacred space for reflection
- Closing share and energetic sealing
This is a safe and welcoming space for all levels—no prior breathwork experience needed. Come as you are and allow your body and breath to guide the process.
Please Bring:
- Yoga mat or padded surface
- Blanket
- Water bottle
- Eye mask or scarf (optional)
- Any sacred objects you'd like to place in the space
We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to settle in. Doors will be locked at 6:05 PM.
