Ariane leads this practice with different breathing sequences intentionally chosen for specific physiologic responses (grounding, uplifting, energizing, calming, etc.) including breath retentions, guided imagery, and meditative visualizations. You may just experience some emotional uprisings that have been stored in the body that need to be transmuted or you may feel physical sensations you've never felt before. This is all natural, as working with our life force through breath is extremely profound. π₯
Energy is stored throughout our inner-pathways and our breath, like the wind, moves our prana through these energetic channels.
