This work is designed to liberate our breath, allowing us to release what we've held within and embrace the fullness of life once more. Over time, this practice gently rewires your nervous system, allowing you to show up differently in life. It is a powerful and nurturing path to healing, particularly for those seeking relief from past traumas or daily anxieties.
