About this Event
The three day programme seeks to equip family business owners, managers, and associated family business consultants and policy makers with practical insights and enhanced competence to overcome hurdles and thrive in the complex modern era through improved communication and creation of actionable strategies.

- Improve negotiation abilities and emotional management within enterprising families to preserve intra-family relations
- Improve future decision-making abilities by promoting communication at family and corporate level.

- Navigate the complex interplay between family dynamics and business operations.
- Employ conflict resolution strategies effectively.
- Develop comprehensive succession planning and leadership development plans (in consultancy session).
- Established family business owners and leaders.
- Successors preparing to take over the family businesses.
- Professionals and policymakers working closely with family businesses (e.g., non-family executives, advisors, consultants)
Programme fee:
- The cost for the three-day programme is £475 per participant.
- Consultancy services are optional and are available at an additional cost of £425 per hour for each participant, payable upon booking.
- Support for bursary applications is available after you register, upon request.
