Throughout the program, you'll gain invaluable insights into the powerful link between breath and well-being. We’ll dive into a variety of functional and transformational breathing exercises that empower you to regulate your nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, and create meaningful change by letting go of old beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you.

Program Details
Week 1: Reconnect & Regulate
In this session, we’ll establish the foundational skills for nervous system regulation and functional breathing to enhance your overall health. You’ll learn how to reconnect with your body and breath, fostering a sense of safety and moving beyond ‘survival mode.’ Discover practical tools to help regulate your nervous system and alleviate stress and anxiety.

Week 2: Transformational Breathwork - Part 1
In this session, we will begin on our journey into transformational breathwork . Through utilising conscious connected breathing, you’ll bypass the analytical mind and establish a deeper connection with your body. This session will facilitate the release of suppressed stress, anxiety, and trauma stored in your body, helping to rebalance & reset your nervous system and create space for healing and transformation to take place.

Week 3: Transformational Breathwork - Part 2
In this session, we’ll continue our journey with transformational breathwork, diving deeper to access the subconscious and break through the limiting beliefs and patterns that may be holding you back. This practice will help you reconnect with your intuition, gaining the clarity needed for empowered decision-making and meaningful personal growth.

Week 4: Integrate & Achieve
In our final session, you will reflect on your journey and the insights you’ve gained. Using guided visualisation techniques & exercises, this session will support you integrate your experiences, laying a strong foundation for achieving meaningful change, clarifying your goals, and manifesting your best self as you move forward.

About Carla Wilkinson
Carla is a dedicated certified breathwork instructor, holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and possesses a passion for health and well-being. Her personal journey led her to discover how powerful breath can be for personal growth & creating significant change. Drawing from her background in psychology and her deep understanding of breathwork, Carla educates & empowers others, helping them to tap into the transformative power of the breath and cultivate vibrant, healthy and thriving lives.
Contraindications
Contraindications for breathwork are pregnancy, any serious medical conditions, schizophrenia, seriously high or low blood pressure, epilepsy or seizures, bi-polar, epilepsy, cardiovascular issues or heart condition. Upon arrival we will be asking you to complete a Medical Declaration form so please ensure you let us know if there are any concerns ahead of time.
Please note: This program is restricted to participants aged 18 and over.

We understand that circumstances can change, impacting your ability to attend the program. Refunds will be granted if requested at least 48 hours before the program begins on November 13th. Please note that this program is intended to be completed in full, and refunds will not be provided for those unable to finish the program.
