Dear Youth and Black Girls 14 - 24 and Women of All Ages,

The new year is here, and it’s time to step into everything we’re meant to be in 2025. I’m reaching out to let you know about something special we’ve got going on—a chance for us to grow together, get focused, and make this year one for the books.

We’re kicking off our Leadership Incubator Cohort on Monday, April 7, 2025, and I’d love for you, your kids, or someone you care about to be part of it. This program is for everyone—whether you’re a young person ready to step into leadership, a parent wanting to guide your child’s future, or a leader who wants to help others shine.

For three months, we’re coming together to figure out how to get in position for the new year and stay there. It’s all about building a better version of yourself—setting goals, learning leadership skills, and finding ways to keep pushing forward no matter what.

This is a safe space where we’ll learn from each other, support one another, and grow as a community. It’s all virtual, so you can join from the comfort of your home—no excuses! Just grab your spot through Eventbrite, and you’re good to go.

Blue Pathways Educational Mentorship Services invites you to join our Leadership Incubator Cohort, a transformative 3 month program designed to help you "Get in Position for 2025 and Stay in Position to Build a Better You."

Starting on Monday, April 7, 2025, sessions will be held every Tuesday at 3:30 pm (EST) at 1035 Godfrey SW, Grand Rapids, MI 49503.

Dates: Monday - Thursday - 3:30 pm - 7 pm.

This program is crafted to equip participants with actionable strategies to define and achieve their goals, develop leadership skills, and build the confidence needed to excel in school, work, and the community.

Whether you’re a youth aged 14-24 looking to grow, a parent supporting your child’s journey, or an organizational leader seeking to empower your team, this cohort will offer practical tools and a supportive environment to help you succeed.
