The Transform Within, Transform Together Network is an informal breakfast designed to gather wellness entrepreneurs, coaches and therapists who are committed to work on their own self-development and make authentic business connections.
Join us for an easy-going morning of authentic connection and transformation.

As well as giving you the chance to meet each other, we invite a number of diverse Guest Speakers to talk about the practicalities of running a health and wellness, people-led-business.

Doors are open to people from all walks of life who either do, or don't own a business but are interested in health and personal growth.

Hey! I'm Erica. I help people create strong, rich and fulfilling relationships – starting with the one with themselves.
I believe that real transformation and fulfilment take place inside ourselves, and my mission today is to help conscious humans generate meaning and freedom in their relationships by encouraging self-inquiry and personal exploration.
In my day-to-day, I offer a way forward for wellness entrepreneurs and people from all walks of life who feel stuck, who yearn to learn and grow from the inside out, and who seek lasting freedom and satisfaction in their relationships.
My approach is defined by my determination to provide personalised value and long lasting benefit to the individuals I closely works with, always aiming to reach a state of collaboration and sustainable growth.
