Our goal at Habitat for Humanity of Omaha is to not only put you in a house, but we also want to make sure that you have control over what happens to your home in the future. Local volunteer attorneys and Habitat Omaha are hosting a Transfer on Death Deed Event for homeowners to get legal assistance with a transfer on death deed. THIS IS AT NO COST TO YOU.At the event, an attorney will prepare your Transfer on Death Deed that you will sign onsite. A valid form of identification is required to complete documents at the event.
After registering, Habitat for Humanity Omaha will contact you to confirm your information and schedule a 30-minute time slot at the event. If you need assistance registering, Habitat for Humanity of Omaha can assist you.
