Transcribing training for community practitioners

The topics will cover:  

• Transcribing chart & principles of transcribing 
• Authorisation and inaccuracies 
• Practice the skill - complete the transcribing chart 

Once the training is completed, staff will be assessed in clinical practice before being signed off as competent.
