TranscenDance™️ is a fun and playful way to promote connection and wellness in mind, body and spirit. Taking the mindfulness of yoga off the mat and infusing inspired music and dance helps to shift your mental, emotional and physical energy. Come alive and reconnect with your authentic self and others in a heart-centred, welcoming space. All levels of movement are welcome including from a chair!$20/class or you can purchase 6 classes for $100. DM Carolyn to register and reserve your spot.
How to have a great experience in class:
💜 Come with an open heart and mind (classes are a judgement-free space for both yourself and others!)
💜 Bring a yoga mat for floor work (unless you will use a chair).
💜 Bring water for hydration.
💜 Bring a light scarf or feather to use during one stage of class (optional).
💜 Let your body be your guide and move to your comfort level and ability.
💜 Arrive a few minutes early so you can enjoy class without feeling rushed.
