We gather to move and dance in community at the beautiful Studio Eleven, Main street, Boyle.
Themed movement, dance and stillness for all from 18 years to 108 years, accompanied by beautiful world music this is a guided journey via movement and dance to be fully present and open to the possibilities available to us in life,
No dance experience needed, no steps to learn, just a willingness to move your body with occasional guidance.
As a lover of the dance and as a qualified facilitator of movement and dance with 20 years experience I also bring my 30 years experience of holistic soul work to the dance floor, this is healing without the need for words, the body and the soul have their own wisdom and know the way forward.
