By connecting with the intelligence of our dancing bodies, alongside crafted soundscapes, we open doorways to reveal creative impulse, presence, and flow.
Inhabiting sensation, emotion, and expression through our physicality, we explore the juicy dance between resistance and fluidity, bringing movement and artistry to places you might get stuck.
Ann Shuptrine and Becca Parkinson draw upon their experience as International Open Floor Movement Teachers to hold potent ritual spaces of exploration. Weaving visual and performing arts, therapeutic and ancient wisdom traditions, participants can expect a rich landscape of enquiry.
