ABOUT JESSIE:
My meditation journey began in May 2018 during a time of burnout, anxiety, and depression. Receiving my mantra brought immediate relief, a sense of calm, and greater ease in handling life’s challenges. Inspired by its tangible transformative power, I pursued teaching to help others experience the profound healing and liberation this practice offers. After four years of preparation, I trained in the Himalayas under Thom Knoles, a true master of the Shankaracharya Tradition of India and prodigy of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. During an intensive 12-week program, I immersed myself in Vedic knowledge and meditated for up to 14 hours a day, learning wisdom passed down for thousands of years. Now, I’m dedicated to sharing this life-changing technique with those facing modern stresses, offering lifetime support, advanced teachings, and retreats to deepen the practice and promote profound stress relief.
