Last June New Conservatory Theatre Center presented the TransNational Cabaret! Directed by Richard Mosqueda!
Trans artists from across the country united to unearth the joy, power and magic of being Trans in this effervescent celebration. Featuring a variety of innovative performances that highlight the vibrant kaleidoscope of the Trans experience including voguing, music, poetry, animation and more!
The show was a hit and now we are bringing it to Strut! We are doing a special screening of NCTC’s TransNational Cabaret at Strut on the third floor! We will also be screening it via zoom for those who cannot join us in the Castro.
The special screening will also include a discussion and interview with the director Richard Mosqueda let by our very own Pearl Teese! With special virtual guests StormMiguel Flores, and Kimiyah Prescott! The Transnational Cabaret was Conceived by Ed Decker, Directed by Richard A Mosqueda, Curated by Richard A Mosqueda and Chris Steele.
The film includes Original performances from: Chris Steele AKA Polly Amber Ross, Lady Dane Figueroa Edidi, StormMiguel Florez, Zad Gravebone, Kimiyah Prescott, and Ezra Reaves!
