About this Event
Trans: Thrive, a long standing program for over fifteen years that has served thousands of transgender and GNC individuals in San Francisco that offers a safe space and a variety of vital programs and services such as HIV Testing & Care, Psycho-Social Support Groups, Case Management, Transgender Health Care, Primary Medical Care, Dental Care, Behavioral Health Care, Special Events, Outreach and Community Engagement and Leadership Development Programs will be hosting a "community engagement social" on Thursday, August 25, 2022 at 5:30pm at the Phoenix Hotel in San Francisco.
As we commemorate Trans Awareness Month this August, Trans Thrive will be introducing our new transgender programs to the community.
