Trans Day of Visibility is March 31st and we're gonna make some noise! Join us at Harvest House for an evening of music, community and fun as we celebrate and uplift the trans community.What to Expect:
-Venue is all ages UNTIL 8 p.m.; AFTER 8 p.m. venue is 21 and up only.
-Open social time and family friendly, self-led, craft activities from 5:30pm- 7:00pm.
-Between 7:00pm - 9:30pm, there will be solo and/or group performers in a variety of genres who will perform live on an outdoor stage at a bar venue.
-High sensory elements may be present during the performance portion of the event (loud music, bright stage lights).
-Mobility Aid friendly entry; indoor bar, restrooms and seating. The stage is outdoor with outdoor open air seating and covered seating under a pavilion.
-There are tables available under the outdoor pavilion that are wheelchair accessible and a paved concrete floor. In this area, there will be designated tables and chairs that are priority for disabled members of the community.
-Alcohol will be on premises. Harvest House does have non-alcoholic beverage options such as juice, soda, and water. Non-alcoholic mocktail menu is also available.
-Harvest House has two multi-stall restrooms which will be converted into all- gender restrooms during the event. Both include wheelchair accessible stalls.
-Wheelchair accessible spots with paved ground and ramps to the sidewalk are available on E. Hickory Street, the street in front of the venue.
-There is a free parking lot available right next to the venue. Parking lot is entirely gravel. Limited outdoor lighting in the parking lot after dark. Additional free parking is available on the street and at the gravel lot at Oakland St. and Oak St. in front of Oak Street Drafthouse.

SAFETY:
Representatives from a community security team and an appointed Harvest House staff will be present at the event to help protect attendees. We do not expect a police presence.
COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS:
Please follow CDC guidelines when participating in our events. This event is indoor/outdoors. Listen to your body and stay home if you're not feeling well. Let's take care of our community. Masks will be available for community members for free.
