From 2-5 pm, we will be offering various restorative practices, including...
- Vision board crafting
- DIY "stress-relief" jars
- DIY simmer pots for aromatherapy
- Gentle mindful movement (bring a yoga mat for this!)
- Trans life affirmation panel quilt making activity
- Tea station, where participants can design their own tea
Different activities will be happening at the same time, offering multiple opportunities for relaxation.
