After a heartwarming and deeply transformative retreat last month, I received so many beautiful messages asking, “When’s the next one?” �I’m so happy to finally share that our next Ahurewa Retreat is happening on Saturday, November 1st from 9 AM to 3 PM at @sherwoodfarmretreat
This time, I’m beyond excited to be collaborating with an incredible team of facilitators who are bringing their wisdom, heart, and gifts to hold space for you. Together, we’ll be exploring a theme that touches all of us —
“Working with Thoughts (especially the difficult ones)”
So often, we find ourselves caught in loops of overthinking and rumination — those moments when the mind tries to protect us but ends up keeping us stuck. In this retreat, we’ll explore how to gently understand these parts of ourselves, meet them with compassion, and learn practical ways to soften, unblend, and come back to calm presence �
