Join me for a deeply rejuvenating morning of sound healing enhanced with Reiki energy healing, in a serene, natural setting. Nestled amidst the trees, the tipi at The Fulcrum Retreat provides the perfect sanctuary for this unique experience. This immersive sound bath will combine the harmonious vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments, along with the soothing touch of Reiki to promote profound relaxation and holistic well-being.
During the session, you’ll receive personal Reiki healing, intended to balance energy, reduce stress, and support emotional and physical healing while being enveloped in sound.
Afterward, we’ll gather in the Wild Kitchen for herbal teas and cake, giving you time to either discuss your experiences or simply relax and absorb the peaceful atmosphere of nature. The herbal blends offered are carefully curated to relieve tension, improve circulation, ease inflammation, and relax the nervous system.
Spaces are limited to 10 people max, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Note: Please complete a consent form upon booking if you haven’t already. Reiki and sound healing are not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy due to the sensitive nature of this stage. The event will take place in light rain or shine, as the teepee provides shelter. Please dress appropriately for the weather and outdoor conditions.
