We are excited to announce our new event, partnered with AIMwell Yoga! Introducing “Tranquil Tuesdays” at Tala Realty Co.Yoga fosters a sense of community and connection and cultivates mindfulness and mental clarity. Here at Tala Realty, we strongly believe in taking care of our mental and physical health. We live in such a fast paced, busy lifestyle, that we lose sight of living in the present and staying grounded.
Therefore, we wanted to provide this gift to our community for a FREE yoga session every first Tuesday of the month from 6pm-7pm, starting March 5th!
We are so thrilled that we have the talented Boni, founder of AimWell Yoga, teaching the classes. AIMwell believes so strongly in the practice of yoga, that it lays the foundation of the enterprise in this vector. A yoga practice reaches far beyond the scope of physical movement but provides the space and time for connection, awareness, and growth within oneself. This increased knowingness of your true self can lead you to conduct your life differently. Making positive changes that progress to a life of wellness for you.
