Late winter is a sacred pause.
On the surface, the earth looks quiet — bare trees, cold soil, still air.
But beneath the ground, life is stirring. Roots are strengthening. Seeds are preparing. Growth is happening, even when we can’t yet see it.
This Tranquil Tuesday is an invitation to honour your own hidden growth.
Through a slow, grounding yoga practice, we’ll work close to the earth — softening the hips, pelvis and spine, releasing tension held deep in the body, and creating a sense of safety and support. Movements will be gentle, accessible, and nourishing, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to feel held.
We’ll move into breathwork designed to calm the mind and deepen trust, guiding the breath into the belly and lower body — the place where seeds are planted. There will be no forcing, no striving, just space to breathe, soften, and arrive exactly as you are.
The session will then flow into a guided manifestation practice, where you’ll plant a single seed — not a goal or demand, but a quality you wish to cultivate in your life. Peace. Strength. Clarity. Ease. Trust.
You’ll be invited to release the need to know how or when things will unfold, and instead rest in the knowing that what you’ve planted is already growing.
We’ll finish in deep rest, allowing everything to integrate — because just like nature, your body and energy need stillness to grow.
