About this Event
We’ll kick things off with a peaceful 1-mile walk through the scenic Mill Pond Park & Adam D. Rand Memorial Trail in Wantagh, surrounded by the crisp autumn air and vibrant fall colors. This easy, accessible walk is perfect for all fitness levels and an opportunity to breathe in the beauty around us.
After our walk, we’ll flow into a 30-minute standing yoga session—no mats needed! We’ll focus on grounding postures designed to strengthen, stretch, and energize your body, all while soaking in the natural surroundings. This is an amazing way to reset, recharge, and leave feeling aligned and refreshed for the weekend ahead.
