This 2-hour workshop will explore what is holding us back emotionally and physically.
Vicki Hunter is a Level II Foundation Training instructor who is passionate about helping people move better. She uses her own experience overcoming traumatic injuries to guide people on their own path in a balanced approach to finding their best performance whether in a competitive sport or in their chosen recreational pursuits.
Alex Gil is a skilled personal trainer, life coach, and trauma educator dedicated to guiding clients on their healing and self-discovery journey. With compassion, Alex helps release physical, mental, and emotional pain, empowering transformation. Believing in everyone's innate ability to heal, Alex's philosophy emphasizes accessing the inner healer. Through personalized coaching, Alex inspires lasting change, promoting holistic living, vitality, connection, and fulfillment.

-The 4 pillars that bridge our physical and emotional bodies: Breath, Balance, Tension and Anchoring.
-How to use the body as a bridge to our emotional bodies and create balance, stability, connection and safety by finding our center.
-How to utilize Foundation Training, as developed by Dr. Eric Goodman, along with emotional healing work we will show you how to connect with your emotions safely, without adding more stress to the nervous system.
-How to enhance your inner resources to correct imbalances, physically, mentally and emotionally.
