with Resident Teacher, Gen Kunden
In , Geshe Kelsang Gyatso explains that every moment of consciousness is accompanied by five essential mental factors: feeling, discrimination, intention, contact, and attention. By understanding how happiness and suffering arise from the mind, we can transform our experience of unpleasant feelings into opportunities for spiritual growth.
Learn to change our mind through understanding how our feelings and discrimination create our world; and how, by changing the way we think about things, we can change our mind from negative to positive.
Each session will consist of short teachings, prayers and meditations with refreshments between sessions.
$25. Includes refreshments. Free for members
