Training Table

• Winter Haven Recreational & Cultural Center: 801 MLK Blvd NE Winter Haven FL 33881
• August 2nd & 3rd, 8 am to 12 pm
• Cost: $25/day

• Over 2 days student athletes (ages 7-18) will learn how to prepare for college
• Hear from current and former collegiate athletes about what helped them find success
• Experience college and pro combine skill and development training
• Body metrics and maximum completed repetitions will be charted and recorded
• Combine stations will include: 40 yard dash, bench press, squat, vertical jump, & more
• Pool workouts and recovery training
• Small discussion groups will be held to review the pitfalls of not maintaining strong academic metrics
• A special guest Wholistic Wellness Coach will aid in accessing nutrition levels
