Training: Social Media Strategy

The session is run by Krista Osborne, Account Manager at PR agency Black Vanilla. Krista manages social media accounts for several local companies and is excited to share her knowledge with charities.

This session is aimed at those with a basic or good understanding of Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn who want to get more strategic about their content and engagement.

The session involves practical excersises around:

• The Why - setting SMART goals & KPIs
• The Who & The Where - who are you targeting and what channels should you use
• The What & The How - your content stratgey & types of content to post
• Analytics and reviewing your progress
