Come to Altitude Running in Fort Collins for a fun training run as we get close to the 2024 Long View Marathon/Half/5K. The run will take off at 6:00 and then at 6:45 stick around for some great conversation with elite athlete, coach, and physical therapist Craig Depperschmidt from ProActive Physical Therapy. He will educate us on injury prevention and some good practices as you prepare for the final week into your race weekend at the Long View Marathon/Half/5K.
