INTRODUCTION
The "Training of Trainers (TOT) on Training and Facilitation" is a comprehensive program designed to benefit a wide range of professionals, including trainers, L&D specialists, public speakers, and leaders. OBJECTIVE OF THE TRAINING:
To equip participants with the essential knowledge, skills, and tools necessary for effective training and facilitation, enabling them to design and deliver impactful training programs tailored to the needs of their audience, thereby enhancing their capabilities as trainers and advancing their careers in the field of training and development.

Day 1:
Module 1: Introduction to Training of Trainers (ToT)
A. Welcome and program overview
B. Mastering icebreaker activities to establish a comfortable learning environment
C. Setting expectations and personal goals
Module 2: Designing A Training Program
A. Understanding adult learning principles (Andragogy)
B. The concept and process of training need analysis (TNA)
C. ADDIE instructional design model
D. Development of materials
Module 3: Facilitation Techniques
A. Overview of different training methods
B. Facilitation using GLOSS, EASE, FEED, and OFF methods
C. Practical demonstration and hands-on practice.
Module 4: Interactive Training Methods
A. Introduction to various training methods (e.g., role-playing, case studies, group discussions, brainstorming, debates, simulations, interactive lectures, games and gamification, peer teaching, problem-based learning, etc.)
B. Choosing the right method based on learning objectives.
C. Hands-on practice sessions for participants to apply different training methods.
