🏃♀️ Emerson Valley Redways Adventure – 10.5 Miles 🚶♂️🐾
If you’re gearing up for a big adventure, this is the perfect training hike! Stretch your legs on a 10.5-mile route that showcases Milton Keynes like you’ve never seen it before. We’ll weave our way along the city’s famous redways, exploring hidden corners and green corridors that most people never discover.
Starting and finishing at the rugby club, this mostly flat walk is ideal for building stamina and confidence on longer distances. We’ll skirt the scenic Teardrop Lake, enjoy plenty of chat and laughter, and maybe even stop for a cheeky pub refreshment or two along the way.
Dogs are very welcome 🐶 — most of the route is on well-maintained paths, making it a relaxed but rewarding challenge.

- We walk in all weathers, however, if we have a weather warning then the event may be cancelled. Keep an eye on your emails and the Facebook event page for notifications of any cancellations.
- We supply free sweets at the halfway stage.
