(TBR) Training from the BACK of the Room! is based on our current understanding cognitive science and how we can make learning stick. It is very interactive and by the end of a 2-day TBR class, attendees will be able to:
Apply 6 learning principles based on current brain research every time you train, regardless of the complexity of the topic, size of group, or level of learners.
Demonstrate a variety of brain science elements important to human learning, using your own training topics.
Increase learners’ attention, retention and engagement with learning activities that engage the whole brain.
Use the “4Cs Map” as a training design and delivery model for any brain-based instruction.
Choose from dozens of brain-based learning activities for all topics and all instructional formats: classroom, e-learning, one-on-one, small or large group training.
Access a collection of new brain science resources to enhance your training skills, whether you teach in real or virtual classrooms.
Create training classes and programs that combine your own topic and materials with the brain-based concepts and strategies from the program.
Explain to colleagues your understanding of the physiology of the human brain as it applies to learning, training and memory.

About the Facilitators:
Kelly Pfeiffer
Kelly Pfeiffer is a “Training from the Back of the Room” Trainer, a Certified Positive Discipline Lead Trainer and is a group coach using the Authenticity Coaching Circles model. For over twenty-two years, Kelly has implemented brain-based strategies and experiential learning methods to design and deliver training events to adult learners. As a consultant, Kelly currently works with trainers and facilitators around the globe and has offered face to face, “train the trainer” events in North America, Europe and Asia. Creativity is one of Kelly’s strengths and she has designed learning activities that are used in certification programs worldwide. Kelly owns her own consulting business, Go Interactive Training and enjoys playing pickleball in the slow paced, yet lively city of Greenville, SC.

Deni, a seasoned professional with over 14 years of experience, specializes in delivering transformative and engaging professional growth workshops. In 2016, she earned certification as a Trainer for “Training from the BACK of the Room,” and since then has been dedicated to making these impactful tools accessible to all, ensuring participants learn and find inspiration in her lively and interactive sessions. Her engaging presentations have been widely acclaimed by educators in the United States, Mexico, Europe and the Middle East.

Cancellation Policy:
Up to 35 days before the start of the course (June 11, 2024)
You can request a refund by emailing [email protected] up to 35 days before the start date of the course. Any transaction fees we incur will be deducted from the refund total.
34 days before the start of the course or later (June 10, 2024 or later) If you withdraw within the 34-day period, the full fee will remain payable. You can, however, nominate a substitute attendee at any time.
This course is not guaranteed to run until we reach a minimum of 10 participants. We need a minimum of 10 in order to have a successful course. If the course is canceled due to low enrollment, a full refund will be offered.
